Thoughtful Thursdays – Addendum to: Lose a customer?

A few weeks ago the Thoughtful Thursdays post asked the question: Lose a customer? Since then I came across the infographic on the left from Get Satisfaction.
One of those things that make one think. When you lose a customer, chances are it happened as a result of treating them poorly. Hard to believe that the leading cause of a customer bailing is preventable.
Today’s thought is about treating customers the way you want to be treated.
Loyal customers are like gold and it is up to you to make each one of their buying experiences as good or better than the last. Remember that people buy from people they like.
