Last week’s sales topic was about tracking sales targets. The process of updating your opportunities includes talking to your contacts.

As the holiday season approaches, use your sales time to talk to each of your customers and prospects – all of them. If they are existing customers, thank them for their business and wishes them the best for the season. Let your prospects know that you look forward to working with them.

It is the little things that impress, and taking a few minutes to contact your customers and prospects at this time of year can go long way to solidifying your business relationship and growing your sales
