All professionals have a support team in order to stay at the top of their game.

Today’s sales thought is about your team, the people who you depend on to help you get the job done and your customers satisfied.

No matter how large or small your organization is, there is a support team behind you and it is crucial never to forget it. They are often the unsung heroes without whose help, you would have not achieved the success you now enjoy.

• Customer service
• Production
• Shipping and receiving
• The financial team
• Your home personal support team
• Your suppliers

The list is probably longer than you think.

Think about your team every day. Go out of your way to thank them and show your appreciation for their efforts. It will make a difference.
