Thoughtful Thursdays – Your competitor is always there
Today’s sales thought is about the competition.
Not unlike the rookie player or understudy your competitor is always there, waiting patiently in the wings to step in when the opportunity presents itself.
Maintaining your competitive advantage is a full time job that requires skilled sales management and planning. The last thing you want to do open the door and hold it for your competitor to walk through.
Do not allow yourself to become complacent, nothing is for sure.
Absolutely celebrate your successes, but be mindful of resting on your laurels. Your competitor will always be there, ready to take advantage of your misstep.
