Thoughtful Thursdays – Tracking your sales targets?

As another year comes to a close, there is no better time to look back and review your successes and challenges. Sales target tracking can be an important part of your year-end assessment.

Tracking your top ten sales targets can be a great way to help achieve your sales goals. The top ten should be the focus of your sales growth throughout the year and should be prioritized by sales potential and expected close date and the liklihood of the making the sale.

Your activity for each target will likely involve regular follow up with your customer to assess and determine next steps to keep the expected close date on schedule. As in any sales process, each step will lead to the next, until the sale is closed.

Consistent, timely follow up is key.

Remember that your top targets are also the ones with the highest probability of closing.

Good selling,
Richard
