When was the last time you checked in with your sales process?

As the year winds down and you take the tine to reflect on the past twelve months, there is no better time to check in with your sales process.

The reason is not to re-learn your sales process, but to review it. Identify and any steps that may have inadvertently been eliminated or taken for granted over the past year and make sure they are put back into the process.

Make a habit of reviewing and analyzing your sales process every year to prevent it from becoming something that is taken for granted.
