Today’s sales thought is about creating and delivering value on a longer term basis.

In my experience, true value to your customer is delivered over a period of time. It increases and is a key ingredient in the recipe to create a long term supplier/customer relationship.

It becomes a part of your personal brand.

The value you bring will be talked about by your customer when they are asked what they think of when they hear your name, or what they associate with your name.

Your customer also delivers value to you and that should never be forgotten.

The value I speak of goes far beyond the price of your products and services and it is measured in may ways, including:
