Thoughtful Thursdays – Is your sales team properly equipped?

As 2016 draws to an end and sales thoughts begin to focus on the coming year’s expectations, there is an opportunity to empty out the sales tool box, take inventory and replenish.

Does your sales team have the tools they need to help meet the coming year’s budget? Do they have too many? Do marketing activities support the sales needs for prospect generation?

Listen to your sales team and gain insights to their needs as well as your customers and prospects. Review the sales process and make improvements accordingly.

Sustainable sales growth does not happen on its own. Whether your sales team is one person or ten, it requires clear goals, defined objectives, robust strategies and focused activities.

A properly equipped sales force is able to perform to the best of their abilities and will be more likely to meet the revenue expectations for the coming year.

Good selling,
Richard
