Thoughtful Thursdays – A few thoughts on pricing
Today`s thought comes as a result of a workshop I recently presented to a group of business owners to be about price strategies.
Statistics support the statement that of Canadian business that fail, greater than 33% adopted a poor pricing strategy. Let’s learn from this statistic.
Here are two suggestions I have for every business I have the pleasure of working with. If you want to know why, contact me.
- Do not be the lowest price if you are not the lowest cost
- Best price does not mean the lowest price
The easiest path to a sale is to caving on price. Do yourself and your business a favour and find another way to differentiate yourself. It will be worth it.
Good selling,
Richard
