Thoughtful Thursdays – Ever wonder how your customers want be treated?
The question can be answered by simply looking in the mirror and asking yourself the question: “How do I like to be treated?” I expect your answer will be similar to the hundreds received when I ask my clients the same question.
- I appreciate it when the sales person to listen to what I am saying
- I respect sales people who know what they are talking about
- I appreciate it when my best interests are top of mind
- I appreciate a sales person’s undivided attention
Most people agree on how they like to be treated. Your customers are no different.
It may seem very basic, but how many times do you see customers not being treated well.
An enjoyable buying experience is a key to a customer returning to purchase again.
