Thoughtful Thursdays – The happy customer

Instantly recognizable and an objective for everyone involved in the sales process.

You see it in the way they carry themselves, the expressions of satisfaction on their faces. They will talk about the enjoyable experience with their friends and people who they may not even know that well.

This is the happy customer. As many have said before and will continue to say, the happy customer may be your most valuable marketing tool.

Today’s thought is to be mindful of all the elements that go into developing a happy customers. As I suggest in many of my posts, begin with your own experiences and add add a healthy portion of putting yourself in your customers shoes.

Then share this knowledge with your entire team, and that means everyone in the company. Make the behaviours related to creating happy customers a part of the culture of your business. Getting the oars in the water is easy, having them all pulling in the same direction can sometimes be a challenge.

I am not going to make a list because you know already what is going to be on it.

Make the commitment to implement and demonstrate ?those behaviours every day your entire business will benefit from a culture that results in happy customers.

Good selling,
Richard
