It will not happen without the following in place:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The prospect must be ready, willing and most importantly, able to act on your recommendations<\/li><li>Value of the product or service must be recognized and understood<\/li><li>Any costs of change must be addressed<\/li><li>Needs need to be identified, prioritized, confirmed and distinguished from wants<\/li><li>The offering must satisfy those needs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Think of a purchase you have made recently and why you bought it where you did. Were the points listed above satisfied before you made the purchase?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A obstacle to making the sales is attempting to close before the prospect is ready to buy.
