Successful sales professionals are in the habit of regularly reviewing the reasons for their success.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a starting list of what to remind yourself of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Know the reason for every sales call you make<\/li>\n<li>Set objectives for every meeting<\/li>\n<li>Have a plan to achieve those objectives<\/li>\n<li>Know who your audience is<\/li>\n<li>Know when to walk away<\/li>\n<li>Know the benefits of the features for the products and services you are offering.<\/li>\n<li>Remain firm on what is not negotiable<\/li>\n<li>Avoid burning bridges<\/li>\n<li>Listen to your customer<\/li>\n<li>Ask for the order<\/li>\n<li>Say &#8220;Thank you&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Over time it is easy to forget the little things that make a difference.
