Perhaps this value is more evident when the experience does not meet expectations. Think about all the ways a transaction can go&nbsp;off the rails&nbsp;and make sure that you have done all you can to avoid it. Likeability can be&nbsp;measured in many ways.<\/p>\n<p>People also buy online from companies they like. They do not necessarily need to interact with another person to have a positive buying experience.
