It came to mind that it was worth repeating from a couple of recent experiences with sales people who just did not appear to be interested in making a sale. It baffles me when I encounter this situation.<\/p>\n<p>The sales thought is about selling with purpose. In other words, sell it like you mean it.<\/p>\n<p>How many times have you encountered a sales person who appears to be going through the motions rather than having a meaningful reason to help you? It happens more than one might think.<\/p>\n<p>Preparation is key to selling with purpose. Doing something on purpose requires forethought and planning in order achieve a shorter sales cycle and hit the bulls eye &#8211; the sale.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consider your sales process. When was the last time you reviewed it?
