It is not okay when you let it change without considering the consequences.<\/p>\n<p>One&nbsp;method to minimize the chances of this occurring is to have absolute clarity&nbsp;of expectations and deliverables with all involved parties before the&nbsp;work begins. In addition the&nbsp;consequences of any changes, no matter how small&nbsp;must be clear.<\/p>\n<p>Spend time up front to define specifications, set parameters and confirm agreement. Clearly outline what will happen should the work begin to fall outside of what was originally agreed to.<\/p>\n<p>You can work with scope creep if it is managed.
