We all know that because&nbsp;we look&nbsp;to&nbsp;it intuitively when making buying decisions.<\/p>\n<p>The successful professional sales person also know this and makes a habit of climbing the&nbsp;trust ladder&nbsp;with every customer relationship, one rung at a time.<\/p>\n<p>A trusted sales person:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Makes commitments they can meet and meets them<\/li>\n<li>Is interested&nbsp;in what their customers have to say<\/li>\n<li>Cares about their customers<\/li>\n<li>Is genuine<\/li>\n<li>Listens and hears what is said<\/li>\n<li>Sees more than what is in front of them<\/li>\n<li>Looks left and right of the centre line<\/li>\n<li>Makes the tough decisions<\/li>\n<li>Asks the tough questions<\/li>\n<li>Is willing to not make a sale if it is not in the customer&#8217;s best interest<\/li>\n<li>Does not disregard their competition<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates true value in what they do<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you a trusted sales person?
