Since then I came across the infographic\u00a0on the left\u00a0from <a title=\"Get Satisfaction\" href=\"http:\/\/getsatisfaction.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Get Satisfaction<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One of those things that make one think. When you lose a customer, chances are it happened as a result of treating them poorly. Hard to believe that the leading cause of a customer bailing is preventable.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s thought is about treating customers the way you want to be treated.<\/p>\n<p>Loyal customers are like gold and it is up to you to make each one of their buying experiences as good or better than the last.
